Role Responsibilities: Business Growth: Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective clients. Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, government, and event segments. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy. Relationship Management: Represent the hotel at business forums, exhibitions, and networking events. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, travel agencies, and event organizers. Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team on joint initiatives and campaigns. Reporting & Strategy: Track performance against revenue targets and business development KPIs. Provide regular reports and market insights to the General Manager. Recommend new revenue streams and partnership opportunities. Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is an advantage. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years' business development or sales experience, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
