The jobholder is to support the efficient operation of the store by receiving, recording, storing, issuing, and monitoring materials and inventory, while maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring that materials are readily available when required. Job Details Requisition Handling day-to-day warehousing and stock control/inventory management efforts inventory control and supporting the Store team in daily operations. Receiving Orders Maintaining Electronic Document Records SAP transactions Requirements: Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and material movements Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a reputable tertiary institution Practical experience: with SAP S/4HANA / Inventory Management or other ERP/WMS inventory management systems would be preferred Previous experience: in warehouse/store/inventory operations Good attention to detail and documentation skills Excellent Excel (key requirement) and reporting skills General Administration experience: Two (2) years’ work experience, within a reputable and structured organisation Technical Competencies: General Administration.
