Responsibilities: You’ll help our oil and gas clients succeed by: Prepare periodic reports on contract status, compliance, variations, and outstanding actions Coordinating with vendors, contractor, legal teams, procurement teams, and operational stakeholders Reviewing and approving contract administration outputs prepared by contracting officers Supporting internal and external audits relating to contract administration activities Ensuring compliance with approved contracting procedures and governance requirements: Resolving contracting-related operational issues to support uninterrupted service delivery. Ensuring contract documentation, amendments, variation, and contract records are maintained accurately Overseeing contract administration activities across assigned contracts Supervising and providing guidance to contracting officers Monitoring contract obligations, risks, and compliance requirements: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with contracting processes. Requirements: You’re a strong candidate if you have: Minimum of 5–8 years of experience: in contracting, contract administration, procurement, or supply chain operations. Proficiency in data analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and enterprise systems e.g. ERP/SCM. Experience: working in oil & gas, energy, or large industrial environments is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrated experience: leading or supervising contract administration teams Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CIMA, CFA, Six Sigma) will be an advantage.
