Lead and supervise hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and Administration. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards. Monitor occupancy, room rates, revenue, expenses, and overall hotel profitability. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to increase occupancy, revenue, and market share. Ensure consistently high standards of guest service and promptly resolve complaints and operational issues.
