We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Associate with 1–3 years' Post-Qualification Experience: (PQE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in legal practice, excellent analytical and drafting skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will: Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and advisory notes. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Manage litigation matters, including preparing court processes, filing court documents, and attending court proceedings where required. Advise clients on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and general legal matters. Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Support corporate transactions, due diligence exercises, and company secretarial matters. Ensure clients' compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate case files, legal documentation, and matter progress reports. Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop practical legal solutions for clients. Stay abreast of changes in legislation, regulations, and relevant legal precedents. Requirements: LL.B and B.L. qualifications with membership of the Nigerian Bar. 0–2 years' Post-Qualification Experience: (PQE) in a reputable law firm.
