Key Responsibilities: Follow company delivery procedures and safety guidelines. Keep the assigned delivery equipment/vehicle clean and in good condition. Submit daily delivery and expense reports where required. Collect payments or signed delivery confirmations where required. Pick up and deliver products, documents, and packages to customers. Ensure all deliveries are made accurately and within the agreed timeframe. Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and locations. Confirm customer details and delivery addresses before dispatch. Maintain good customer service and professional conduct. Report failed, delayed, or unsuccessful deliveries promptly. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections. Handle delivered items carefully to prevent damage or loss. Requirements: Valid driver's licence where driving is required. Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines. Must be trustworthy, punctual, and reliable. Must be familiar with the assigned area and surrounding locations.
