Conduct RF measurements and performance tests to optimize coverage and capacity. Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. Perform routine preventive maintenance to maximize network uptime. Ensure field activities align with project timelines and organizational standards. Prepare reports for management on network performance and issues. Work with network engineers, technicians, and vendors to implement network upgrades and solutions. Install, configure, and commission radio equipment, antennas, and related infrastructure at field sites. Analyze and adjust radio parameters to improve network efficiency.
