Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising reliability. Developing and implementing electrical safety programs, including inspections, risk assessments, and employee safety training. Managing electrical installation, modification, and upgrade projects from planning through completion. Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations, statutory requirements, and company safety standards. Maintaining accurate records of electrical installations, maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment history. Supervising all electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities across the plant. Qualification and Experience: Must have 2–3 years' relevant experience: supervising or carrying out electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Candidates should possess an OND in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. The Person Must: Demonstrate experience: supervising electrical maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
