Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality. Manage client relationships, resolve complaints, and provide security advisory support. Oversee daily manned guarding operations, deployments, site supervision, and service delivery. Lead incident investigations, emergency response, and corrective actions. Monitor team performance, discipline, training, induction, and staff development. Prepare operational reports and monitor service performance across assigned locations.
