You will translate brand strategies and ideas into clear, compelling visual designs that consistently reflect each brand’s identity and objectives. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 4 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Work with the Art Director to execute the brand and graphic design strategy for the company Plan concepts by studying information and materials Develop unique concepts, graphics, layouts, and visuals for digital and print marketing Illustrate concepts by designing the layout of art and copy regarding arranged concepts Prepare design drafts, present ideas, and amend designs after feedback Provide brand designs for the company and clients on schedule and within budget Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Design a website user interface for the company and clients Coordinate the release and processing of files at the printer and press Assist the entire team with creative thinking and brainstorming sessions Manage the utilization and archiving of all project photos Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops and reviewing professional publications. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, Media, or a related field. At least 4 years’ proven work experience. High level of emotional intelligence. Ambitious self-starter. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proven graphic design experience A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics that demonstrates graphic design thinking and core skills on a “Behance” or “Dribbble” account Knowledge of design principles, elements, page layout, and composition Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) Socially conscious and interested in contributing to the development of the country.
