We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of electrical, automation, and instrumentation systems within our processing operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience: maintaining industrial electrical equipment and possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair faulty electrical equipment, appliances, machinery, and control systems. Maintain and troubleshoot alarm systems, VFDs, soft starters, pneumatic and electronic controls, and programmable control systems. Install, maintain, and repair building electrical circuits and related equipment. Conduct thermographic inspections of electrical distribution panels and motor control systems. Maintain engine generators and associated control circuit equipment. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, automation, and instrumentation equipment, including industrial motor controls and pump drives. Perform maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of control centres, high-voltage equipment, and high-voltage motors. Diagnose electrical faults down to component level to extend equipment lifespan and reduce maintenance costs. Requirements: Practical knowledge of industrial motor controls, pump drives, generators, VFDs, soft starters, and control systems. 1 - 5 years of relevant experience: in electrical maintenance, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Good understanding of electrical safety standards and procedures. Ability to troubleshoot and carry out electrical maintenance across different types and models of machines. Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering. Strong knowledge of electrical machinery, equipment, and electronic control systems. N160,000 - N200,000 monthly.
