We are looking for a Product, Growth & Customer Success Manager who will work directly with the Founder and the Engineering team. This is a broad role covering product, strategy, go-to-market, customer success, developer relations, partnerships, and business operations. You should be comfortable talking to developers, improving the product roadmap, supporting customers, studying competitors, and helping grow the business. This role has strong potential to grow into a senior leadership position. What You Will Do Product: Help define product vision and strategy. Own and maintain the product roadmap. Translate customer feedback into product requirements. Prioritize features with engineering. Go-to-Market and Growth: Develop and execute our launch strategy. Identify our best early customer segments. Help acquire our first developers and paying customers. Build growth strategies across developer communities, universities, startups, and tech organizations. Build referral and developer ambassador programs. Customer Success and Support: Help developers deploy and manage applications. Troubleshoot customer issues. Handle early customer support. Conduct customer interviews. Developer Community: Build relationships with African developer communities. Work with universities, coding bootcamps, accelerators, and startup organizations. Help organize workshops, hackathons, and developer events. Build and manage our early developer community. Identify advocates and early champions. Market, Pricing, and Partnerships: Study platforms such as Vercel, Render, Netlify, Railway, DigitalOcean, AWS, Azure, and Cloudflare. Research the needs of African developers. Help develop pricing and monetization strategies. Study infrastructure costs and unit economics. Identify partnerships with cloud providers, data centers, payment companies, universities, and developer communities. Who We Are Looking For You may be a strong fit if you have experience: with: Cloud infrastructure, Developer tools, DevOps, Platform engineering, Technical product management, Developer relations. You do not need to be a full-time software engineer, but you should understand concepts such as Git, CI/CD, Docker, APIs, databases, domains, DNS, cloud hosting, logs, monitoring, and application deployment. Experience: with AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel, Render, Netlify, Railway, DigitalOcean, Heroku, or Cloudflare is a strong advantage. What Matters Most We are looking for someone who: Thinks like a founder. Understands developers. Loves solving customer problems. Works well with little supervision. Can move from strategy to execution. Takes ownership of results. Communicates well with technical and non-technical people. Is comfortable building processes from scratch. Wants to help build a major technology company from an early stage. Career Growth: After six months, we will conduct a formal leadership review based on performance, ownership, customer outcomes, and company growth. A strong performer may grow into a senior role such as Head of Product & Growth, General Manager, or another leadership position like COO.
