The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, staff records, HR documentation, office administration, procurement, and compliance with HR policies. Min Qualification: Diploma Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Contract - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Maiduguri & Borno State, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment, including job adverts, application screening, and interview scheduling. Support onboarding and orientation of new staff and volunteers. Maintain staff records, personnel files, and attendance registers. Assist with employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation. Support leave schedules, timesheets, and performance appraisal tracking. Assist in organizing staff meetings, training, and team-building activities. Support office facilities, equipment, supplies, procurement, and inventory management. Assist with administrative reports and ensure compliance with TLDI HR policies. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year relevant HR/administrative experience; internship or volunteer experience: accepted. Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
