Responsibilities: Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures are followed at all times Adhere to company policies and health and safety regulations Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the purchase of food supplies when necessary Plan menus and ensure meals are nutritious, appealing, and cost-effective Minimize food wastage and maintain efficient kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and food storage areas Prepare and cook a variety of local and continental meals to high standards Manage meal schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service Key Requirements: Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations Good communication and organizational skills Minimum of OND/ HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, or any related field is an added advantage Minimum of 3 years relevant experience: in a similar role Proven experience: as a Chef with a strong portfolio of local and continental dishes Professional appearance and positive attitude.
