Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities into long-term clients. Generate high-quality leads through networking, research, referrals, and strategic outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction. Meet agreed revenue, sales, and business development targets. Prepare periodic reports on business development activities, pipeline, and performance. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years' proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a similar client-facing role. Demonstrated ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and close business deals. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under minimal supervision.
