The role requires a creative individual with strong storytelling skills who can identify relevant trends, develop content ideas, shoot and edit videos, and work closely with the Marketing team to deliver high-quality content. Key Responsibilities: Create short-form video content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant digital channels. Maintain an organized library of content assets, videos, images, and other creative materials. Support content creation during product launches, events, activations, and other company activities. Monitor content performance and provide ideas for improving engagement and reach. Develop content concepts and scripts that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and brand messages. Develop and execute creative content ideas aligned with the company’s brand, products, campaigns, and marketing objectives. Research and identify current social media trends, formats, sounds, and creative opportunities relevant to the brand. Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute content campaigns and promotional activities. Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality videos and other visual content for social media. Create product demonstrations, lifestyle content, promotional videos, event coverage, and trend-based content. Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and communication standards. Requirements: Strong creativity, storytelling, and communication skills. Ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas. Strong video shooting and basic-to-intermediate video editing skills. A portfolio or samples of previous content creation work is required Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing tools. Good understanding of major social media platforms and current content trends. Proven experience: in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role. Good time management skills and ability to meet content deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
