The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients and a key contributor to the organization’s growth ambitions. The Sales Executive (Healthcare) will drive revenue growth by building and managing relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions. This role calls for a candidate who can navigate the regulatory and clinical sensitivities of the healthcare sector while consistently delivering against sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company policy. Present product or service offerings clearly, accurately, and in compliance with relevant healthcare regulations. Build and sustain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement officers and clinical staff. Stay abreast of developments in the healthcare industry, including regulatory changes and competitor offerings. Track sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management. Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and proposals within required timelines. Identify and develop new business opportunities among hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions. Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to protect long-term relationships. Required Qualifications & Competencies Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, particularly with clinical and institutional stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Minimum of 2–4 years' experience: in sales, marketing, or business development. Familiarity with NAFDAC or other relevant regulatory requirements. High level of integrity and discretion given the sensitive nature of healthcare transactions. Understanding of the healthcare procurement process, including institutional and government tenders, is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Ability to work independently while managing a structured sales pipeline. Effective communication and active listening skills. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a related regulated industry.
