Owns the CRM/WhatsApp lead pipeline end-to-end: every Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) handed off by marketing is logged, assigned, and tracked to close or loss. Sets daily/weekly follow-up cadences for the sales assistant and personally manages higher-value leads (bulk dealer orders, diaspora buyers). Liaises directly with the marketing team lead on lead quality and conversion feedback, closing the loop between ad spend and actual sales. Manages relationships with car dealers and bulk buyers, including bulk-shipping program terms. Produces weekly sales pipeline reports (leads in, leads converted, leads lost and why, average time-to-close). Coordinates with the Shipping/Clearance Coordinator to give customers accurate delivery timelines during the sales process. Coordinates with the sales assistant to conduct effective dealer door-to-door marketing campaigns.
