This programme is designed to develop future business leaders by providing structured learning, practical experience, mentorship, and exposure across multiple business functions. The successful candidates will work closely with experienced professionals on strategic projects while gaining hands-on experience: in logistics, operations, finance, business development, technology, customer experience, and corporate services. Key Responsibilities: The Graduate Trainee will: Support key account management and client relationship activities. Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
