Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Abeokuta & Ogun State, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Monitor the day-to-day activities and productivity of staff. Track tasks assigned to employees and ensure timely completion. Follow up on incomplete, delayed or outstanding tasks. Maintain an effective staff task tracking and accountability system. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline and workplace productivity. Identify staff performance gaps and recommend improvement strategies. Coordinate internal communication and workflow between staff and management. Submit detailed weekly staff performance and task completion reports to management. Excellent organizational and administrative abilities. Strong business development and corporate relationship skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to confidently communicate with business owners and decision-makers. Proven ability to manage people, processes, and task completion. Experience: in B2B sales, corporate partnerships or business development is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
