The role involves working closely with clients and the Design, Production, and Installation teams to make sure every project is delivered according to the approved design, measurements, specifications, and agreed timeline. The Project Architect is responsible for coordinating furniture and interior projects from design and site measurement through production and installation. Requirements: Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail, with the ability to balance form and function in designs. Familiarity with sustainability principles and a commitment to eco-friendly design practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey design concepts effectively to cross-functional teams. Good understanding of furniture detailing, materials, measurements, and production processes used in furniture production. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Willingness to travel to project sites when required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or relevant design software. Must be a registered Architect or eligible for registration with ARCON. Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, meeting deadlines, and adapting to evolving project requirements. Minimum of 4 years' experience: in architecture, interior design, furniture, fit-out, or project coordination. Experience: with furniture production or interior fit-out projects is an advantage.
