This is an opportunity to join a modern, multidisciplinary clinical environment committed to safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and appraise optometry staff and coordinate CPD. Maintain accurate clinical records. Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and assess visual function. Prescribe and oversee optical and therapeutic management within scope of practice. Diagnose and manage refractive and common ocular conditions, and refer appropriately. Required skills: Knowledge of optometric assessment and clinical eye care appropriate to the role. Ability to diagnose and manage refractive and common ocular conditions. Effective communication with patients and colleagues. Sound clinical record-keeping. Ability to lead and coordinate an eye-care team. Requirements: Education: Completion of the required national internship and NYSC, or a valid exemption where applicable. Doctor of Optometry (OD) from a recognised institution. Experience: Substantial post-registration experience: in optometry practice, including experience: at a senior or supervisory level.
