The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple retail branches, driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and building high-performing teams. This is a leadership role for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver measurable business results. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day retail operations and ensure operational excellence. Develop and execute business growth initiatives. Lead, coach, and manage Branch Managers and regional teams. Drive sales growth and improve business profitability. Monitor branch performance and implement improvement strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices. Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures. Manage inventory, stock control, and loss prevention. Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing employees. Prepare and present business performance reports. Ensure excellent customer service across all locations.
