We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: General Maintenance Personnel (AC Technician & Electrical) Location: Berger, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Ensure Hotel Capitol's facilities, equipment, and systems are in optimal condition, providing a comfortable and safe environment for guests. Responsibilities: Safety & Compliance: Ensure fire safety systems are functional, conduct inspections, and report issues to management. Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and report maintenance status. General Repairs: Fix furniture, doors, and locks, and respond to guest requests promptly. AC & HVAC: Service air conditioning units, ensure temperature control, and perform routine checks. Electrical Maintenance: Handle lighting, power outlets, generators, and electrical equipment repairs. Plumbing Maintenance: Fix leaks, unclog drains, maintain water systems, and ensure efficient water usage. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience: in hotel or commercial building maintenance.
