The Account Manager will be responsible for all financial controls and inventory management across. Key Duties Prepare weekly P&L summary for each location. Ensure separation of duties: sales clerks sell, account team counts and reconciles. Manage daily cash reconciliation at both locations — sales must match cash collected. Prepare daily sales and cash reports for the CEO. Investigate and report any stock variances, missing items, or unexplained cash shortfalls. Coordinate with Taiwo Adewale & Co. for monthly external audit and compliance. Conduct daily and weekly stock counts and reconcile against the system records. Oversee the accounting software to ensure all transactions are captured in real time. Supervise the Account Clerk and ensure proper handover procedures between shifts. Manage procurement requests: verify stock needs, raise purchase orders, track deliveries. Qualifications Daily sales and cash report. Experience: in pharmaceutical retail, FMCG, or healthcare preferred. Fluent in English and Yoruba. Stock variance below 1% per monthly audit cycle. Weekly P&L. Strong Excel skills and experience: with accounting or POS software. Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Zero unexplained cash variances exceeding ₦5,000 per week. 100% compliance with handover procedures between shifts. Key Performance Indicators Detail-oriented and process-driven.
