The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of subcontract agreements, ensuring contractual compliance, commercial performance, risk management, and effective subcontractor administration across our projects. Key Responsibilities: Monitor subcontractor performance, contractual compliance, and project deliverables. Manage subcontract agreements from award through close-out. Review subcontract costs, variation orders, and commercial impacts. Support tendering, subcontract evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards. Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks. Administer contract variations, claims, extensions, and payment processes. Liaise with Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Legal, QA/QC, and HSE teams. Prepare subcontract performance reports and maintain contract documentation. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central or SAP. Experience: within EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, Infrastructure, or Industrial Projects. Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement processes, commercial negotiations, claims management, cost control, and subcontract management.
