We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: City Growth Manager Location: Ekiti Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview The ideal candidate has experience: scaling products, marketplaces, mobility platforms, fintech products, or high-growth consumer businesses in emerging markets. The Growth Lead will own the design and execution of scalable growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, partnerships, and revenue optimization. This role requires a strategic operator who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy & Execution: Build scalable acquisition and retention frameworks. Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company revenue and expansion goals. Drive consistent lead generation across multiple channels including offline activations, referrals, partnerships, and other acquisition channels Identify new growth opportunities across customer segments, products, and markets. Customer Acquisition & Retention: Drive customer acquisition across digital, offline, referral, and partnership channels. Optimize onboarding funnels and activation journeys. Improve customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle performance. Develop and monitor customer segmentation strategies. Data & Performance Analytics: Own growth metrics including CAC, LTV, retention, conversion rates, activation, and revenue growth. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Build dashboards and performance reporting systems. Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations. Partnerships & Market Expansion: Identify and manage strategic partnerships that accelerate growth. Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to improve market penetration. Support launch and expansion initiatives into new cities or verticals. Product & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide customer and market insights to influence product roadmap decisions. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams. Ensure alignment between growth initiatives and operational capabilities. Team Leadership: Build a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide ongoing training and support to FSAs and PCAs to improve productivity and effectiveness. Requirements: 2–5+ years experience: in Growth, Strategy, Marketing, Commercial Operations, or Business Development roles. Experience: working with performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and analytics tools. Experience: in startups, mobility, fintech, logistics, marketplaces, or tech-enabled businesses is strongly preferred. MBA or relevant certifications is an advantage. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field. Proven track record of scaling products, customer acquisition, or revenue growth. Skills & Competencies: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong execution discipline with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
