Monitor students' school fee payments and outstanding balances. Prepare periodic financial reports for management. Assist with preparation and processing of staff payroll. Work closely with management and other departments to ensure effective financial administration. Issue and maintain proper receipts, invoices, and payment documentation. Perform bank and cash reconciliations. Maintain an organised filing system for financial documents. Perform other duties assigned by the school management. Support the preparation of accounts and other financial statements. Record daily income, expenses, payments, and transactions. Identify and report financial discrepancies promptly.
