Who This Role Is For This position is strictly for candidates who have: Served as Head of Operations (or equivalent) in one of Nigeria’s top six interstate passenger transport companies Managed large fleets, multiple terminals, interstate routes, and thousands of daily passengers Led operations in high-pressure, regulator-heavy, margin-sensitive environments If you have not operated at this level, do not apply.
