Core Responsibilities: Instructional Delivery: Teach systematic, synthetic phonics to Early Years and Key Stage 1, ensuring a solid foundation in the 44 phonemes of the English language. Curriculum Adaptation: Transition older students (Ages 9–13) from basic decoding to advanced spelling rules, syllabication, and the study of Greek and Latin roots.
