Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and digital solutions. Prepare periodic IT support and maintenance reports. Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the Executive Director or Administration Manager Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to staff on hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Monitor systems for potential security threats and respond appropriately. Educate staff on cybersecurity awareness and safe technology practices. Requirements: Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years relevant experience: in IT support, systems administration, or technical support, preferably within an NGO, development organization, or corporate environment. Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are an added advantage. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, networking fundamentals, and computer hardware. Experience: supporting Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or cloud-based collaboration platforms is desirable. Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data backup, and system administration.
