Qualifications and Experience: Evidence of registration with the Library Registration Council of Nigeria (LRCN). Must possess a PhD in Library Science/Library and Information Science. Relevant experience: in a University Library is an added advantage. Must possess an NYSC Discharge Certificate, Exemption Certificate, or Certificate of Exclusion. Must possess good leadership qualities and be a resourceful manager of human and material resources. At least fifteen (15) years cognate experience, and must be at least a Deputy Librarian/Associate Professor in a recognized University. Evidence of scholarly publications in reputable journals and the ability to initiate, undertake, and supervise research, alongside professional and administrative experience. Age, Health & Condition of Service Health: Must enjoy good health to be able to endure the duties. Condition of Service: Single term of five (5) years.
