Identify, approach, and engage potential customers to generate sales opportunities. Convert field customer inquiries and prospects into successful product purchases. Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate product benefits. Record and report sales data accurately to support business tracking and performance analysis. Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business growth. Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand values at all times. Requirements: Minimum of a High School Certificate (SSCE) and National Diploma (ND). Previous experience in offline sales or customer-facing sales is an advantage. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to persuade customers and close sales effectively. Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
