The role ensures that company-owned programs move from concept to execution on schedule and meet quality standards. The Program Officer is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of our media’s internal programs, original shows, podcasts, recurring content series, and special initiatives. Responsibilities: Program Ownership: Develop annual and quarterly program calendars. Own the end-to-end management of our internal programs and content initiatives. Maintain visibility across all active and upcoming programs. Ensure programs are launched and executed according to schedule. Program Development: Conduct research to strengthen program viability and audience relevance. Develop program concepts in collaboration with leadership and the Creative Lead. Identify new opportunities for original content and programming. Build and maintain a pipeline of future content initiatives. Guest & Stakeholder Engagement: Identify, research, and engage potential guests, speakers, contributors, and collaborators. Coordinate outreach, scheduling, and communication with guests. Ensure all guests receive a professional and seamless experience. Manage relationships with partners involved in program delivery. Production Coordination: Ensure all required assets and approvals are secured before release. Work with Production and Creative teams to ensure readiness for recordings, shoots, and releases. Track pre-production, production, and post-production milestones. Monitoring & Quality Control: Identify gaps, delays, and operational challenges affecting programs. Ensure programs maintain consistency and quality standards. Conduct post-program reviews and implement improvements. Escalate risks and recommend solutions proactively. Performance & Growth: Recommend improvements to increase reach and impact. Develop systems to track program outcomes and effectiveness. Monitor audience engagement and program performance. Key Deliverables Program performance dashboards. Annual program roadmap. Program status reports. Guest pipeline database. Post-program evaluation reports. Quarterly production calendar.
