The ideal candidate should have a hands-on experience: in preparing transfer pricing documentation, conducting benchmarking studies, completing transfer pricing returns and supporting with advisory and controversy projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate to join our Transfer Pricing team. Key responsibilities: Assist in managing transfer pricing audits and controversy matters. Support the development and implementation of transfer pricing policies and strategies for clients. Perform benchmarking and comparability studies using databases and other research tools. Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation reports, including Master Files, Local Files, and review of Country-by-Country Reports in compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, legal, and finance to ensure alignment on transfer pricing matters. Keep abreast of changes in transfer pricing regulations, tax laws and industry best practices. Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations. Conduct economic and functional analyses to support transfer pricing positions. Assist with the accurate filing of transfer pricing and Country-by-Country Reporting related obligations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Mentor graduate trainees and interns and support knowledge sharing within the team. Requirements: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or Economics or Law or a related field with a minimum of second class (upper division) or its equivalent. Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local transfer pricing regulations. Minimum of 2 years of experience: in transfer pricing.
