Translate organisational goals into impactful programme strategies and implementation plans. Develop systems and processes that improve programme effectiveness and operational efficiency. Lead, coach, and mentor Programme Managers and Coordinators to achieve organisational objectives. Programme Design & Implementation: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of programmes across the organisation's thematic areas. Develop programme frameworks, implementation plans, and quality assurance systems. Ensure all programmes align with organisational goals and donor expectations. Oversee complex, multi-sector development projects from inception to completion. Establish programme KPIs and reporting systems to measure impact and outcomes. Lead programme reviews and ensure data-driven decision-making. Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage programme budgets. Ensure efficient utilisation of financial and material resources. Risk Management & Compliance: Identify programme risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with donor requirements, safeguarding standards, and relevant regulations.
