We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: IT Support Officer Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment. Carry out installation, updates, and management of organizational IT devices. Serve as First Line of Response for IT Support Install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems (LAN, WAN, routers, switches Firewalls). Ensure timely backup and recovery of important data and systems. Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and warranties. Implement security best practices in device Management. Carry out Audits of System activities to ensure compliance to organisational Policies Prepare technical reports and documentation of IT activities and incidents. Provide user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Maintain and monitor access logs to ensure secure use of systems and devices. Qualifications & Skills Familiarity with IT asset and device management. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience: in laptop/desktop repair and maintenance. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience: with operating systems (Windows, macOS). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team . Strong knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting.
