The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring store operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and safeguarding company assets. Key Responsibilities Operational compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards across store operations. Inventory control: Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic audits, and reconcile discrepancies. Cash management: Oversee cash handling, deposits, and daily reconciliations. Risk assessment: Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions. Reporting: Prepare and submit timely reports on compliance, variances, and operational performance. Training support: Assist in educating store staff on internal control measures. Requirements OND, SSCE or Bachelor’s degree (in-view) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
