Key Responsibilities: Operational compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards across store operations. Inventory control: Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic audits, and reconcile discrepancies. Cash management: Oversee cash handling, deposits, and daily reconciliations. Risk assessment: Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions. Reporting: Prepare and submit timely reports on compliance, variances, and operational performance.
