Develop and execute strategic account plans that accelerate sales, profitability, and market share growth. Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sustainable commercial success. Build Strong Customer Partnerships: Become the primary point of contact for customers across all commercial matters. Understand customer strategies, market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes. What Makes You the Right Fit Fluent in English & French - Arabic is a strong advantage Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related discipline. Strong track record of delivering sales growth and building strategic customer relationships. 5-7 years of successful B2B commercial experience: within the food ingredients, flavors, beverage, or related industries. Beverage category experience: is highly preferred. Experience: working with distributors and indirect business models. Comfortable traveling up to 40% across the West African region.
