The successful candidate will provide prompt, professional and compassionate nursing care to patients presenting with medical emergencies. The ideal candidate should be clinically competent, calm under pressure and capable of making sound decisions in a fast-paced emergency care environment. Responsibilities: Provide immediate nursing interventions and emergency care as required. Respond effectively to emergency situations and work collaboratively with the clinical team. Perform initial assessment and triage of patients presenting to the emergency room. Assist with wound care, dressing and other appropriate nursing procedures. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Prepare patients for examinations, procedures and treatment. Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical conditions. Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during emergency procedures. Ensure emergency equipment, medications and supplies are available and properly maintained. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and nursing documentation. Maintain confidentiality and comply with professional nursing standards and healthcare policies. Requirements: Knowledge of emergency nursing procedures and patient assessment. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills. Good documentation and organizational skills. B.Sc. Degree in Nursing or relevant nursing qualification is an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. N150,000 - N350,000 monthly.
