Track campaign performance and compile reports for management review. Support the creation of marketing calendars, promotional plans, and product launch activities. Digital Marketing & Social Media Assist in managing company social media accounts (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). Create and schedule content, graphics, short videos, and posts. Monitor engagement analytics, respond to comments/messages where required, and report trends. Support paid ads activities with research, content support, and monitoring. Content Creation & Brand Communications Draft marketing content including newsletters, blogs, flyers, brochures, web content, and product descriptions. Assist with graphic design tasks using Canva or similar tools. Support the preparation of corporate presentations and pitch decks. Help maintain brand identity standards across all materials. Market Research & Intelligence Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, customer needs, and emerging market opportunities. Customer/Stakeholder Engagement Assist in managing CRM updates and customer segmentation. Support email campaigns, newsletters, and outbound communication activities. Help with feedback collection and customer satisfaction surveys. Administrative & Reporting Duties Maintain marketing files, content libraries, and documentation. Track marketing expenses and help prepare budget reports. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing activity reports. All other duties as assigned by the Head, Business Development.
