Key Responsibilities: Support onboarding, confirmation, promotion, and exit processes. Support payroll processing by validating employee data and changes. Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes in line with policy. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal controls. Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR reports. Assist in training, learning, and development initiatives. Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company regulations. Provide HR advisory support to line managers and employees. Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations and activities. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline. A professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage. At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead HR role is preferred. 5–6 years relevant human resources experience.
