We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Equipment / Logistics Officer Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Job Description Book transport providers, freight services, or vehicles. Prepare shipping manifests, waybills, and delivery receipts. Tag and register new assets into the company database. Monitor transit movements and resolve delivery delays. Schedule regular maintenance and repairs for damaged equipment. Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of items to project sites. Plan transport and delivery schedules for equipment and materials. Conduct routine inventory audits and asset counts. Report lost, broken, or obsolete items to management. Track and record all incoming and outgoing tools and machinery. Reconcile fuel usage, vehicle logs, and transport costs. Maintain safety and regulatory standards for transport and handling. Requirements: Good knowledge of logistics planning, inventory control, and equipment documentation. Experience: supporting engineering, construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related discipline.
