Lead, mentor, motivate, and manage engineering teams to achieve departmental objectives. Oversee engineering projects from planning and design through execution and completion. Review and ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of engineering designs, plans, and technical documentation. Provide technical guidance and professional advice on complex engineering matters. Develop and implement engineering strategies, plans, processes, and performance objectives. Manage departmental resources, budgets, manpower, equipment, and other operational requirements: effectively. Monitor project progress, timelines, costs, quality, and performance against established targets. Identify engineering risks and develop appropriate solutions to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, regulations, safety requirements, and industry best practices. Collaborate with management and other departments to align engineering activities with overall business objectives. Make timely and informed technical, operational, and managerial decisions. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline from a recognized institution. Must be COREN Certified/Registered. Minimum of 12–15 years of relevant engineering experience. Proven experience: in a senior engineering, management, or departmental leadership role. Must not be more than 47 years old.
