We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Finance Analyst Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The Finance Analyst will be responsible for analysing financial data, preparing financial reports, monitoring business performance, and providing insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for management and other stakeholders. The role involves budgeting and forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis, cash-flow monitoring, and identifying trends and opportunities to improve financial performance. Job Responsibilities: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management dashboards. Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports. Analyze financial data, business performance, and key financial metrics. Identify financial trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost optimization. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management and business teams. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Support business cases, investment analysis, and strategic initiatives. Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions. Conduct variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and previous periods Requirements: Sage 300 experience: or comparable finance system. Computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel. ACA or ACCA Experience: with complex Accounts Payable issues. Excellent Financial reporting skills. 5+ years of experience: in a large volume accounts payable team.
