We are looking for smart, proactive, and career-driven NYSC corps members to join our team and gain hands-on experience: in recruitment, HR operations, business development, and administration. Job Responsibilities: Conduct research on job roles and industries Support onboarding and documentation processes Screen CVs and schedule interviews Follow up with candidates and clients professionally Assist in managing company emails and calendars Maintain recruitment databases and records Assist with candidate sourcing and recruitment activities Requirements: Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management abilities Previous experience: in HR, customer service, administration, or sales is an advantage. Minimum of a B.Sc Degree from a recognized institution Good communication and interpersonal skills Professional attitude and ability to multitask Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Must reside around Ogudu and its axis Currently serving or done with NYSC Posted in Lagos or willing to relocate Salary / Benefits: Monthly Allowance (N50,000 - N60,000 / Month).
