We are looking for a Business Growth Executive who will be responsible for driving business development, building a strong pipeline of high-value clients, developing strategic partnerships and contributing to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be commercially minded, confident engaging high-net-worth individuals and knowledgeable about the luxury, real estate, architecture, hospitality or creative industries. Key Responsibilities: Manage the business development process from prospecting through to conversion. Monitor competitor activity and provide relevant market intelligence. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth. Track business development activities, leads and results. Identify and develop strategic partnerships that can generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects. Develop relationships with HNI clients, property developers, real estate professionals and other relevant stakeholders. Work closely with the internal team to ensure business opportunities are effectively converted and delivered. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential high-value clients. Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities and trends. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Requirements: Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the Lagos market. Experience: in luxury services, real estate, architecture, hospitality, interior design or a related creative industry is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of business development and client acquisition. Ability to confidently engage high-net-worth clients and senior stakeholders. 3–5 years of experience: in business development, sales or growth. Strong organisational and follow-up skills. Proactive, results-oriented and able to work independently. Compensation N500,000 monthly, with performance incentives.
