Monitor the quality and quantity of cooked food. Communicate necessary support during peak seasons. Inform chefs of any leftover ingredients for use in daily specials. Inform food service staff of special menus and any out-of-stock items. Ensure the quality of ingredients. Cook according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and cooking checklists.
