We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: IT Officer Location: Mkpat Enin, Uyo - Akwa Ibom Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Maintain IT asset records and software licenses. Implement IT policies, security measures, and best practices. Manage and maintain company IT systems, hardware, software, and networks. Manage user accounts, emails, access permissions, and data backups. Install and maintain computers, printers, routers, switches, and other IT equipment. Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues. Monitor internet connectivity, system performance, and IT security. Liaise with external IT vendors and support digital operations. Requirements: Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting. IT certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or ITIL are an advantage. Experience: in a factory, manufacturing, or industrial environment is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 and Windows. 2–4 years’ experience: in IT support or a similar role. B.Sc. / HND in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
