Reporting to the Head of Architecture (HOA)in Lagos you will be expected to implementSafritecture across Africa. The ability to problem solve, use your own judgement, think creatively and work calmly under pressure are all essential skills to the role. Roles and Responsibilties Visit project sites to analyze space availability, and the feasibility of the project with reference to costs, quality and time frame. Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new ideas into design practices. Initiate team programs and activities designed to inspire creativity within the design team. Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to all specifications. Prepare conceptual design ideas, 2D and 3D presentation materials. Review and approve architectural design work by members of the team. Coordinate with builders, and other professionals to bring design concepts to life. Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction processes and materials. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently. Registration with a professional body is desirable but not necessary. Minimum of 5 years experience: in architectural design, and project management.
